Our standard family room had a beautiful sea view, the location was stunning, and we enjoyed being close to a zoo and oceanarium, the restaurant served a great breakfast.

Freshly prepared breakfast with a lovely view and efficient staff, good value. Newly remodelled rooms with modern bathroom, a superb view and a very comfortable bed, very clean pool.

I had the twin room and it was light.

Fast check-in from 4 pm and excellent service. the hotel had a stunning and lovely location, very close to Newquay city centre. - We were able to walk to all the attractions in Newquay, such as the zoo and oceanarium, as they were nearby....

The hotel is well-run with responsive staff for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. the location is excellent and perfect in Newquay, adjacent to the town centre, beach, and the heart of Newquay.

Staff were very good. Helpful in dealing with their rather difficult wifi. Helpful in dealing with their television which had connection issues. Large carpark. Excellent breakfast.

The bathroom was small. The toilet low with a high water level hich made using toilet paper difficult. The shower was very small and difficult to get in and out of.

The location here is beautiful and nice, I would happily stay longer if I'm in the area again as my needs were met.

The partially renovated hotel is located directly by the sea. Central on the main road. We had a room with an ocean view. The beds were comfortable

Although the room is renovated, the toilet only works partially. The rooms are well-listened

The hotel had an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location close to the airport. It was close to Newquay for work on a beautiful sunny day and the Newquay beaches.- Very clean bunk bed plus an electric kettle, central...

Great breakfast. Great location, right on the cliffs. 7 minutes walk to the centre. Right near a staircase or path down to the beach. Room was clean. We had a great view from the bed to the bay/cliff (see photo)...  

The room here was clean and bright with a beautiful, wide view of the sea.

I can't fault the staff at this hotel. They are so helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is clean.

I was dissapointed as the hotel decor was like stepping back into the 70's. I took my family, age 22 and 18, they were upset as the age group seemed much older. Location. Booked the hotel for my family and our dog as it was near to a beach. That beach however wasn't dog friendly. Sundries.I was charged £16 for my dogs stay. Price. The price I payed £456 for two nights. I think it was very over priced. I expected more for my money. The hotel breakfast was £14! Surounding cafe were only £6!! Wish we had stayed in a B&B Which would be better value. The whole experience has made me think. I feel dissapointed I have let the kids down as it was a treat for them :(
